The Lum Hotel Los Angeles Stadium District, part of PM Hotel Group’s management portfolio, is set to join the Tapestry by Hilton soft brand following a renovation. The official rebranding is expected to be finalized in late 2025. The hotel will remain open during the renovation.
Owned by Chartres Lodging Group, The Lum Hotel has 179 guestrooms. Each room has a full-size work desk, coffee and tea maker, mini refrigerator and a private balcony or terrace. Public spaces include an outdoor pool with umbrella service, a fitness center, a restaurant and a rooftop bar.
The Lum Hotel is at the entrance to the brand-new Intuit Dome—home of the Los Angeles Clippers—directly across from Hollywood Park and within walking distance of SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater and Hollywood Park Casino. It is a 20-minute walk from the Kia Forum and less than four miles from the Los Angeles International Airport.
