Hospitality management, development and investment organization Raines has added the Fairfield Inn & Suites Whitsett (N.C.) Greensboro East to its management portfolio. This is the third hotel that Raines is managing for Wilmington, N.C.-based developer Clarendon Properties.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Whitsett Greensboro East is close to major North Carolina cities like Greensboro, Burlington and Durham. The area also has a significant industrial base, driving business demand. Local employers include Honda, Lenovo, Pratt Industries and the Alamance Regional Medical Center.
The 102-key hotel has an indoor pool, fitness center, convenience store and dry-cleaning service. There is a group meeting space that can accommodate up to 30 people. The lobby bar provides small-plate dining and craft cocktails.

In 2024, Raines added more than 20 properties to its management portfolio, including 16 hotels in a pivotal partnership with Atlantic Hotels Group.
