Hilton will convert The Sens Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort to a Tapestry by Hilton. The franchise agreement is one of more than 10 new deals Hilton has signed in Mexico in 2024. The Sens Cancun resort is owned and will continue to be managed by Oasis Hotels & Resorts.

Located in the Cancun hotel zone nine miles from Cancun International Airport, The Sens Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Tapestry by Hilton is expected to open in 2026. A beachfront haven, the property will undergo a complete renovation, transforming all guestrooms and public spaces with vibrant design, décor and artwork to create a unique experience for guests. The resort will also feature elevated food and beverage concepts, including nine restaurants providing a range of dining delights, and a brand-new rooftop bar and restaurant with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon.

Growth in Mexico
Mexico stands as Hilton’s largest and fastest growing market in the Caribbean and Latin America with more than 100 hotels across the country and 40 projects in the pipeline.
In 2024, Hilton has signed more than 10 new hotel deals in Mexico across multiple brands and segments. Notable signings in the lifestyle and full-service categories included Canopy by Hilton Guadalajara, a 170-room, new-build hotel expected to open in 2028; and Hilton Tijuana, which will represent the anticipated 2026 debut of the company’s flagship brand Hilton Hotels & Resorts in one of the country’s most important manufacturing hubs.
In the focused service category, Hilton signed new deals under the Hampton by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn and Tru by Hilton brands in sought-out destinations including Monterrey, Mazatlan, Ciudad Juarez, Ciudad Valles, Juriquilla, Saltillo and Mexico City. The company also signed the first Home2 Suites by Hilton branded hotel in the country, set to open in Monterrey Santa Catarina in 2027.
In the luxury segment, Hilton added more than 10 boutique properties in Mexico through its global partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Hilton has a footprint of 15 all-inclusive resorts, including six in Mexico, with a goal to deliver seamless and elevated experiences for travelers of all ages and interests in prime destinations. Hilton’s current Mexico all-inclusive portfolio includes Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort, Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort, Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort, and the recently opened Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-inclusive Resort.
