Cronheim Hotel Capital secured a $54 million loan for affiliates of Concord Hospitality to refinance the existing note on the 211-room Homewood Suites in uptown Charlotte, N.C.
As of January, Concord has 145 hotels with 23,696 rooms in 25 states and two Canadian provinces. The group additionally manages more than 30 bars and restaurants and has 14 hotels and six restaurants in its pipeline.
