Dreamscape Hospitality appoints Christy Jernigan as vice president of feasibility. With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jernigan has experience in business development, acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.
Most recently, Jernigan held the position of chief development officer of Brittain Resorts & Hotels, where she led all aspects of business development. Additionally, she spent 17 years with Aimbridge Hospitality in various capacities, including playing a key role on the development team where she underwrote new deals and identified acquisition and management opportunities to help expand the company’s portfolio.

In her new role, Jernigan will support Dreamscape’s strategic growth strategy. Her ability to assess business development opportunities with both analytical precision and industry insight will be essential as the company continues to expand its portfolio.
