The Kessler Collection has appointed HR leader Brian McCormick as vice president of people and culture. McCormick will leverage his experience in corporate recruitment to enhance workplace culture and performance management across the portfolio.
"Brian’s vast experience leading employee-focused initiatives will help us further enhance our company culture and strengthen engagement among our grand performers,” John Luckett, president of hospitality operations at The Kessler Collection, said in a statement.
Before joining The Kessler Collection, he was vice president of human resources at The Broadmoor, leading HR initiatives for more than 2,200 employees and collaborating across divisions to improve the employee experience and retention. He also held leadership roles at Kohler Hospitality and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, driving cultural and operational improvements across multiple divisions.
