Lisa Carlson returns to Remington Hospitality as senior vice president of operations. In this role, Carlson will partner with the operations leadership team to enhance third-party owner relations and elevate property performance across Remington’s growing hotel portfolio.
Carlson brings over 30 years of hospitality leadership experience, with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results across all hotel segments—from premium-branded to boutique and independent properties. She will focus on optimizing guest satisfaction, empowering associates, and driving measurable performance across the portfolio, with an emphasis on owner return and long-term value creation. Her leadership will support the alignment of on-property teams with brand standards and company culture, while enhancing overall execution and accountability.
“We are thrilled to welcome Lisa back to Remington,” Remington Hospitality CEO Ben Perelmuter said in a statement. “Her extensive background in operations and third-party management brings both perspective and strength to our leadership team. Lisa’s return reflects our ongoing investment in leadership that drives innovation, delivers value, and upholds our legacy of excellence.”
Carlson originally joined Remington in 2022 as part of the company’s merger with Chesapeake Hospitality. During her initial tenure as SVP of operations, she played a pivotal role in integrating third-party properties into the Remington platform, while deepening strategic relationships and enhancing property-level execution.
“I’m excited to return to Remington at such a pivotal time,” Carlson said. “Remington’s continued commitment to excellence and innovation is inspiring, and what brought me back was the people, the culture, and the shared dedication to our third-party owners. I look forward to collaborating with the exceptional team here to help drive our shared vision forward.”
