Waramaug Hospitality appoints head of asset management

Waramaug Hospitality, a privately-held hotel investors and asset managers in the United States, appoints Nele Breitbart as executive vice president and head of asset management. In this role, Breitbart will lead the asset management oversight of Waramaug’s hospitality portfolio. She will work closely with executive leadership, hotel management companies, and property teams to optimize all aspects of the operations of the properties and maximize financial performance for Waramaug’s partners and investors.

Prior to joining Waramaug, Breitbart served as senior vice president of asset management at BRE Hotels & Resorts, where she oversaw a diverse national portfolio and was promoted for her leadership and results. She began her career as an analyst at Hyatt Hotels and spent over a decade at hotelAVE, a hotel asset management advisory firm.
