Kinseth Hospitality opens new TownePlace Suites in Minnesota

Kinseth Hospitality Companies has unveiled the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Duluth, Minn. The 100 all-suite, extended-stay hotel is the 10th TownePlace Suites branded hotel built and opened by Coralville, Iowa-based Kinseth Hospitality, which currently operates more than 130 hotels across 17 states.

Our team is committed to providing a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay for guests, whether they’re here for business, leisure, or an extended visit.”

The hotel is geared toward both business and leisure travelers with pet-friendly suites with full kitchens, living, and dining areas, and amenities including complimentary hot breakfast, large indoor pool, fitness center and onsite guest laundry, according to the company.
