The Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport (Ky.) Cincinnati recently marked its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and an open house event.
Managed by Covington, Kentucky-based Commonwealth Hotels and owned by Corporex and various partners, the hotel is in Newport's Ovation Development, right on the border between Ohio and Kentucky.
"We are thrilled to have officially opened our doors and to have received such a warm welcome from the Newport community," said Brian Jungling, general manager of Homewood Suites Newport Cincinnati, in a statement. "Our extended-stay accommodations, spacious suites, and top-tier amenities are designed to provide a comfortable and convenient experience for both business and leisure travelers."
Homewood Suites Newport Cincinnati is designed for both short-term and extended stays. Guestrooms have fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. The hotel—which also includes a rooftop bar HighNote with views of the Cincinnati skyline—is located near attractions such as MegaCorp Pavilion, Newport on the Levee, the Cincinnati riverfront and local dining and entertainment options.
