Red Roof has opened the Red Roof Inn Del Rio, Texas, a conversion of a former Studio 6 hotel.
Owner Del Hospitality invested $2 million in renovations to the property, which included completely updating guest bathrooms; adding new bedding, furniture and lighting in guestrooms; refreshing the lobby; updating the vending area and adding new vending machines; refinishing the pool deck and pool surface; painting the exterior of the hotel; and adding new landscaping.
The 100-room Red Roof Inn Del Rio has a guest laundry facility, a snack center and an outdoor pool that is open year-round. All rooms have a kitchenette with refrigerator, cooktop and microwave.
