The 82-room Fairfield Inn & Suites – Charlotte/Arrowood (N.C.) has joined Dimension Hospitality’s portfolio of managed hotels.
The hotel is in the final stages of a planning a million-dollar renovation. Every guestroom will be updated with new furnishings, bedding, mattresses, carpet and window treatments. Bathrooms will be upgraded with new wallcovering, lighting, mirrors, and showers. Public space improvements include a new breakfast area, lobby décor and a refreshed Corner Market. Exterior improvements include the new swoop portico and modern color pallet.
“The hotel’s owners, Shree Tulja Hotels, are relatively new Marriott franchise partners, and they were looking for a company with renovation management experience as well as expertise managing Marriott branded hotels,” Joe Viglietta, COO of management company Dimension Hospitality, said in a statement. “Dimension Hospitality has been managing hotel construction and renovation projects for more than three decades, and we are well-versed in the brand’s requirements and resources. Furthermore, we’ve operated in this market for years and know exactly how well an enhanced hotel can and should perform. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus/Arrowood is close to Charlotte Douglas Airport, four miles from Carowinds and close to I 77 and I 485. Public spaces include a 24-hour fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool.
