Island Hospitality Management has been tapped as the management company for the under-construction TownePlace Suites by Marriott in downtown San Jose, Calif. The property will be close to major event venues as well as the area’s dining, entertainment and attractions.

The new-build TownePlace Suites San Jose will have a rooftop lounge, a gym and onsite laundry.
