At Mine Hospitality adds San Francisco hotel to portfolio

At Mine Hospitality, a Miami-based hotel management company, grows its third party management portfolio with the addition of Geary Parkway Motel — the company's first hotel in San Francisco.

Geary Parkway Motel is a 20-room hotel centrally located in the Inner Richmond neighborhood and close proximity to famous landmarks, parks, shops and entertainment. The property is most known for its prominent neon sign along Geary Boulevard that has been attracting leisure and business guests seeking an authentic and boutique property in a convenient location.

The hotel underwent an extensive interior and exterior renovation that have reconstructed and redesigned rooms with all new FF&E and full room upgrades. Neary every aspect of the hotel was renovated to elevate the property condition and guest experience. Ownership commissioned Koichi Arts, a local mural arts and design studio to refresh the exterior reading “Meet Me in San Francisco” providing guests with a local and welcoming entrance.

At Mine Hospitality was selected as the management company by the Yang Family who has owned the property for over 20 years and worked closely with ownership and Hospitality Designs on the renovation.

“We’re honored to be managing this iconic, independent hotel in San Francisco," CEO Matteo Soldatini said in a statement. "With this addition, we now manage hotels in 11 markets and look forward to expanding in key markets in California and the West Coast. We began working with the Yang Family and with the design and renovation teams over a year ago and we’re thrilled to be a part of bringing this asset back to life. We look forward to welcoming guests from all over as they experience everything that San Francisco has to offer.”
