Collared Martin Hospitality has launched as a new lifestyle and luxury hospitality management company.
Boston-based CMH—which will be led by CEO Steven Rubin—plans to operate and expand a curated portfolio of boutique hotels and restaurants across leisure destinations, which currently includes properties in Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts and the Hamptons in New York.
“As we embark on our inaugural season at Collared Martin Hospitality, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated employees and leadership team, whose passion and commitment are vital in bringing our shared vision to life,” Rubin said in a statement.
CMH also operates the Faraway brand and manages Blue Flag Capital’s growing portfolio of lifestyle and luxury hospitality properties.
“Our partnership with Blue Flag Capital is born out of a shared vision to reshape the landscape of lifestyle and luxury boutique hotels,” expressed Rubin. “We collectively believe in the power of genuine connections, reflecting the values of exploration and loyalty that the Collared Martin represents. We invite travelers to immerse themselves in the rich stories and vibrant cultures that surround our properties and our people.”
“It’s an honor to launch this partnership with Steven and his team as we introduce a new operating platform to support both our current and future portfolio of boutique hotels and restaurants,” said Jason Brown, co-Founder and CEO of Blue Flag Capital and co-founder and chairman of Collared Martin Hospitality and Faraway Hotels. “As we rapidly expand both the Faraway brand and singular brands of one across some of the most sought-after resort markets in North America, CMH’s dedication to operational excellence, experience-driven service, and uncovering the essence of each asset aligns perfectly with Blue Flag’s mission to rediscover the soul in hospitality.”
In addition, Collared Martin has added Charlotte Hutchings as head of brand and creative. Her background includes roles at One Kings Lane, Nautica, and Ralph Lauren.
