Three Waikiki hotels implement Stayntouch PMS

Hotel owner/operator MacNaughton Hospitality has leveraged its partnership with Stayntouch and its property management system across three of its hotels in Waikiki.

The Waikiki Malia, Lotus Honolulu and Hotel Renew have all implemented Stayntouch’s cloud-based PMS platform in a bid to enable faster service, more personalized guest experiences and stronger operational efficiency, according to Stayntouch. MacNaughton’s Hawaii properties share a commitment to personalized service and local values, according to the company.

According to Stayntouch, through their partnership MacNaughton has saved up to 80 hours per month by streamlining task management and enhancing internal communication and reduced check-in times by 20 percent, streamlining the guest arrival experience and improving operational efficiency. The tech platform has also enabled real-time inventory management and mobile platform flexibility, allowing quicker responses to guest needs and delivered more personalized guest experiences, fostering stronger brand loyalty and consistency across all properties.
