Valor Hospitality Partners has assumed management of three Hilton-branded properties in the Atlanta metropolitan area through a partnership with Atlanta-based real estate firm Radco.
The agreement covers The American Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in downtown Atlanta, along with the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta–Roswell and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta–Alpharetta. Valor will oversee operations including staffing, revenue management, marketing, food and beverage and guest services.
“With our global home office based in Atlanta, we are proud to strengthen our presence in the city and surrounding suburbs through the addition of these three hotels,” Dwayne Marshall, chief development officer, Americas at Atlanta-based Valor Hospitality Partners, said in a statement.
Lisa Hurd, chief investment officer at RADCO, added: “We’re pleased to expand our partnership with the Valor Hospitality team, and we’re eager to see their expertise at work at these three properties.”
The American Hotel, with 315 rooms, is recognized as Atlanta’s first racially integrated hotel. Its restaurant, Social 62, will be operated by Valor’s food and beverage division, SAVOR. The Roswell property, meanwhile, includes 174 rooms and is located near office parks and local dining, while the Alpharetta property offers 90 rooms and a weekday shuttle service for business travelers.
