Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown/Georgia Tech gets a design update

The 90-room Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown/Georgia Tech has completed a renovation designed to enhance the experience for extended-stay travelers.

The hotel is owned by RLJ Lodging Trust and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality.  The renovations include contemporary lighting, Atlanta-inspired artwork, guestrooms with refreshed carpeting with a modern blue and gray-toned color palette, enhanced full-size sleeper sofa complemented by stylish accent pillows and plush new bedding, according to the company.   

Guestroom updates also include kitchenettes with two stovetop-burners, including plateware, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and a sink and coffee station. Additionally, the lobby and fitness center have been revitalized.

“Our goal is to provide a home-away-from-home experience for our guests,”  Amanda Sathchakham, general manager of Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown/Georgia Tech, said in a statement. “These updates reflect our commitment to offering comfortable, modern accommodations with all the amenities extended-stay travelers need.”

Guests at the Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown/Georgia Tech have access to spacious suites with fully-equipped kitchens, complimentary hot breakfast and free high-speed Wi-Fi, along with its prime Midtown location near top Atlanta attractions, corporate offices and Georgia Tech, according to the company.
