Radisson Hotel Group rolls out payment platform with CellPoint

Radisson Hotel Group has deployed CellPoint Digital’s Payment Orchestration Platform across its more than 1,580 hotels in more than 100 countries in an effort to create a standardized global payment framework.

The system—which centralizes payment processes—is designed to allow Radisson to streamline reporting, improve transaction approval rates and support more than 20 languages across web, mobile and app channels. It also enables future integration of digital wallets, mobile payment options and online check-in/check-out features.

“Standardizing our global payment infrastructure is a critical part of our strategy to improve efficiency and ensure a consistent experience for our guests,”  Philippe de Roose, SVP of tax and treasury at Radisson Hotel Group, said in a statement.

Kristian Gjerding, CEO of CellPoint Digital, added the collaboration “demonstrates how Payment Orchestration can address complexity at scale” while providing secure, consistent payment experiences across regions.

The rollout marks another step in Radisson’s digital transformation strategy aimed at simplifying operations and supporting the company’s global expansion.
