RoomRaccoon and Great Stay App have forged a partnership with an objective of helping hoteliers enhance guest communication, streamline operations and unlock new revenue opportunities.
The two-way integration allows RoomRaccoon—a hotel management software for independent hotels—to connect hotel management system with Great Stay App’s fully customizable digital concierge app, automating key touchpoints with push notifications. Hoteliers can benefit from streamlined guest communications, contactless check-ins, smart upsellin; and an enhanced guest experience.
The integration works seamlessly with RoomRaccoon, ensuring that reservation details, check-ins and guest purchases are always up to date across both platforms, according to the company. In addition, guests can view their booking details in one place with real-time updates pulled directly from RoomRaccoon.
