Sandpiper acquires the Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Bradenton, Fla. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
Opened recently in January, the hotel has 124 rooms, all having a fully equipped kitchen, with free WiFi, and a free breakfast served daily. Other amenities at the pet-friendly hotel include on-site guest laundry and a fitness center.
Sandpiper has extensive experience in operating the ESA Premier Suites brand, having recently built and opened a similar property in Reno – Sparks, Nev. The Bradenton market has undergone growth over the past 10 years, seeing population growth of 23.7 percent, with the transformation primarily attributed to a burgeoning retirement community and strategic location along the Gulf Coast, according to Sandpiper.
Sandpiper Hospitality will manage the operations of this hotel. SH has great institutional knowledge and experience with ESA products and has a growing portfolio of 65+ hotels under management.
